Information of Yoga Classes
Dear Yoga Enthusiasts!
After consolidating the interested participants and Yoga instructor, we've come up with every Tuesday evening 7pm - 8.30 pm.
We are looking at 8 sessions starting on 18 August. So the dates are:
August: 18th, 25th,
September: 1st, 8th, 15th,22nd, 29th
October: 6th
Venue: SIM HQ
In addition, due to overwhelming response, we are looking at opening another class on Friday evenings. This will be planned after the Tuesday classes commence. We seek your kind understanding regarding the timings and dates as we have to find the most suitable slots for the majority.
Payment matters:
------------------
Package: $68 for 8 sessions
Per Session: $10 ( to avoid disappointment, kindly book in advance for per session attendance)
For payment, it will be at level 4 student lounge gym. Kindly sms me a day before u going to make payment, so i can arrange the collection and receipt issue.
For Early Bird discount, SMS me ASAP to confirm payment, and make payment at level 4 student lounge gym before/on 7 August.

Regina started practising yoga in 1994/1995 and have recently been certified to teach Anusara Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga. She was also trained in BODYBALANCE in 2006 and started teaching it that year (BODYBALANCE is a combination of Taichi, Yoga and Pilates). In a nutshell, her experience as an instructor began in 2006, while her experience as a practitioner began much earlier. She also have certifications and ongoing training in Yoga anatomy.

The general and basic form of yoga is Hatha Yoga (all forms of yoga stem from this main branch). As Regina trained in Anusara yoga (which is largely based on Iyengar yoga principles), she will focus on correct and proper alignment in postures. This is what every beginner needs to know: how to stand and sit and balance safely and appropriately.
Yes, each participant will need a yoga mat because most floor surfaces do not provide a firm grip (any type of yoga mat will do).
For the First class, can bring a long towel if u don't have a Yoga mat, u can later decide if u want to invest in a yoga mat.

This Thursday we have 3 items line up for you guys :)..
THE BEST PART IS EVERYTHING WILL BE FREE!!!! THERE WILL BE A MINI RECEPTION TO ANYONE WHO TOOK PART IN ANY OF OUR EVENTS.

We need numbers approx. least 25 to fully conduct the class. Please register , payment can be made after details have been announced.
Prices tendatively will be 5 for $25 and will commence in october.
Details will be confirmed shortly.
We will be also be selling Yoga Mats* as its will be compulsory for the session. Prepayment applies to make order*
